How does the content get into FUNDus!?
The expansion of the content is carried out in cooperation with the respective curators and collection directors as well as the Central Office for Scientific Collections. The Central Office for Scientific Collections is responsible for coordinating the presentation of the respective collection and the data it contains.
The Center for Sustainable Research Data Management integrates the information and data compiled by the Central Office for Scientific Collections into the collection portal FUNDus! and further develops the functionality according to requirements.
How is the display of the collections created?

- Sort by (max. 3 Felder)
- Field selection Basic view (overview page) also corresponds to the display of the search fields
- Formatting of the fields (italics for latin terms)
- Selection fields for the search
- Display of a feedback form

Do the images have to have a certain format?
How should I deal with synonyms, old or changed descriptions?
Can I assign keywords to my collection?
For single objects there is the possibility to define keywords as a hidden field (i.e. a field without label). These fields are included in the search index, but are not displayed on the interface.
