Collection: Amorphophallus - Titanium roots

With about 100 species represented by about 220 accessions, the Hamburg Amorphophallus Hamburg Amorphophallus living collection is one of the most important most important Amorphophallus collections worldwide. Its origin is based on the former research collection of Wilbert Hetterscheid who is working on a complete revision of the genus, the first comprehensive monograph since Engler (1911). The collection is actively researched and forms an irreplaceable basis for research questions in the context of systematics, taxonomy and biodiversity.
